Please take notice that the regular meeting of the Town of  Pendleton Zoning Board of Appeals scheduled for November 18, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall has been cancelled due to lack of applications/business.

The next regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled for December 18, 2025 at 6:30 PM. Please note the time change due to meeting room conflict with the Planning Board as our meeting was moved up a week for the Christmas holiday.

This notice is given pursuant to Article 7 of the New York Public Officers Law (Open Meetings Law).
