NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Pendleton will hold a public hearing at 6:55 PM on October 13, 2025, at Town Hall, 6570 Campbell Blvd., Pendleton, New York. The purpose of the hearing is to allow public input regarding the renewal of an application for a Special Use Permit for Pendleton Solar 2, which is located at 6600 Donner Road.

At the time and place stated above, all interested members of the public shall be heard.  Each person will be allotted a three-minute time limit.
