NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT
LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Pendleton will hold a public hearing at 6:55 PM on March 23, 2026, at Town Hall, 6570 Campbell Blvd., Pendleton, New York. The purpose of the hearing is to allow public input regarding the approval of a Special Use Permit for a telecommunications tower project to be located on property at 6699 East Canal Road.
At the time and place stated above, all interested members of the public shall be heard. Each person will be allotted a three-minute time limit.
