DESCRIPTION:  \nPublic Hearing Notice – Franchise Agreement – October 2023\nPendleton – Charter Communications Franchise Agreement\n  \nNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \n  \nFor the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast\, LLC and the Town of Pendleton. \n  \nPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Pendleton will hold a Public Hearing on October 9\, 2023 at 6:55 p.m. at the Town Hall\, 6570 Campbell Boulevard\, Pendleton\, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Pendleton and Spectrum Northeast\, LLC\, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. \n  \nA copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the \nTown Clerk’s office\, Town Hall\, 6570 Campbell Boulevard\, Pendleton\, New York.  At such public \nhearing\, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Written and oral statements will be \ntaken at that time.  Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement\, if necessary. \n  \nDated: September 29\, 2023 \n  \n  \nBy Order of the Town Board \nTown of Pendleton
