DESCRIPTION:  \nPUBLIC HEARING NOTICE- Cannabis Opt-Out Local Law 01-2021 \nLocal Law No 01-2021 Re Cannabis Opt-Out PENDING APPROVAL \nTOWN OF PENDLETON  NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \nPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Pendleton\, Niagara County\, New York\, has scheduled a Public Hearing for the 13th day of December\, 2021 at 6:55 p.m.\, at the Pendleton Town Hall\, 6570 Campbell Boulevard\, Pendleton\, New York\, 14094.  The purpose of the hearing is to allow public input for the proposed adoption of LOCAL LAW NO. 01 OF THE YEAR 2021.  Said Local Law to opt-out of the licensure and establishment of a retail dispensary license and/or on-site consumption license in the Town of Pendleton. \nA copy of the proposed Local Law shall be available at the Pendleton Town Hall and/ or the Town of Pendleton website at www.pendletonny.us. \nAll interested parties will be heard. \nAll appropriate health and safety guidelines will be followed. \n
