DESCRIPTION:  \nTB Public Hearing Notice – Preliminary Budget 11.6.25\nPreliminary Budget tax list v5\nPreliminary 2026 Budget Expense v5\nPreliminary 2026 Budget Revenue v5\nPreliminary Budget table 2 tax and levy v5\nPreliminary 2026 Budget tax table v5\n2025 Special District Summary\n2025 Exemption Summary\n  \nTOWN OF PENDLETON  \nNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \n  \nPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Pendleton will hold a Public Hearing on the matters referred to\, herein at the Town Hall\, 6570 Campbell Boulevard\, Pendleton\, New York\, on the 6th day of November\, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.  Said Public Hearing shall be as follows: \n  \nPublic Hearing Part 1 on the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1\, 2026\, as required by Town Law §108 for the purpose of considering the Preliminary Budget\, and receiving comments from the public relative thereto.  Said Budget is on file with the Town Clerk of the Town of Pendleton and may be inspected by any interested person. Office hours for the Town Hall are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Preliminary Budget will also be located on the Town’s website at www.pendletonny.gov. \nPursuant to §108 of the Town Law\, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are hereby specified as follows: \n\n\n\nSUPERVISOR\n$\n29\,756.00\n\n\nCOUNCIL (4 @ $12\,730.75 each)\n$\n50\,923.00\n\n\nTOWN CLERK\n$\n64\,880.00\n\n\nSUPERINTENDENT OF HIGHWAYS\n$\n58\,827.00\n\n\n\n  \nPublic Hearing Part 2 on amounts to be raised by taxation for Special Districts in the following districts: \n\n\n\nPENDLETON WATER DISTRICTS\n$\n61\,795.00\n\n\nPENDLETON REFUSE DISTRICT\n$\n660\,889.96\n\n\nPENDLETON FIRE DISTRICT\n$\n679\,623.00\n\n\n\n  \nThe Special Assessment Rolls have been completed for such districts as required and all tax rates established for benefit districts.  All persons interested shall be heard at the Public Hearing to be held by the Town Board relative to assessments and amounts to be raised in said districts\, and to hear any objections to the Special Assessment Rolls\, which are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office. \n  \nPublic Hearing Part 3 to authorize a contract with the Wendelville Fire Company\, Inc. at a yearly amount as follows: \n\n\n\nWENDELVILLE FIRE COMPANY\, INC\n$\n481\,010.00\n\n\n\n  \nFURTHER NOTICE is given that pursuant to Real Property Tax Law §495\, the Exemption report that shows total assessed value on the Final Assessment Roll that was used in the budgetary process that is exempt from taxation is on file with the Preliminary 2026 Budget. \n  \nAll persons interested will be heard at the Public Hearing. \n  \nORDER OF THE TOWN BOARD TOWN OF PENDLETON \nDeborah K.
