DESCRIPTION:  \nTB Public Hearing – Modification of Sewer Rates 2023 \nTOWN OF PENDLETON \nNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \nPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Pendleton\, Niagara County\, New York\, has scheduled a public hearing for the 9th day of January 2023 at 6:55 p.m.\, at the Pendleton Town Hall\, 6570 Campbell Boulevard\, Pendleton\, New York\, 14094.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input for the proposed modification of sewer rates for all users effective as of January 1\, 2023 as follows: \n  \nSewer Rates – Residential users. \n0 to 12\,000 gallons – $30.00 (minimum charge). \n13\,000 up to 40\,000 gallons – $2.25 per thousand gallons. \n  \nSewer Rates – Businesses and buildings with more than two (2) units. \n0 to 12\,000 gallons – $35.00 (minimum charge). \nOver 12\,000 gallons – $3.25 per thousand gallons.
