DESCRIPTION:  \nTB Public Hearing – Modification of Sewer Rates 2025\n  \n  \n  \nTOWN OF PENDLETON \nNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \n  \n  \n  \nPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Pendleton\, Niagara County\, New York\, has scheduled a public hearing for the 13th day of January 2025 at 6:55 p.m.\, at the Pendleton Town Hall\, 6570 Campbell Boulevard\, Pendleton\, New York\, 14094.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input for the proposed modification of sewer rates for all users effective as of January 1\, 2025 as follows: \n  \nResidential (Single Family and Two-Unit Dwellings) \n\n0 to 12\,000 gallons – $32.00 (minimum).\nOver 12\,000 gallons – $2.65 per thousand gallons.\n\n  \nNon-Residential and Buildings with More Than Two (2) Units. \n\n0 to 12\,000 gallons – $37.00 (minimum).\nOver 12\,000 gallons – $3.65 per thousand gallons.\n\n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n_____________________________________ \nDeborah K.
