DESCRIPTION:  \nTB Public Hearing – Modification of Water Rates 2025\n  \n  \nTOWN OF PENDLETON \nNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \n  \n  \n  \nPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Pendleton\, Niagara County\, New York\, has scheduled a public hearing for the 13th day of January 2025 at 6:50 p.m.\, at the Pendleton Town Hall\, 6570 Campbell Boulevard\, Pendleton\, New York\, 14094.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input for the proposed modification of water rates for all users effective as of January 1\, 2025 as follows: \n  \n\n0 to 6\,000 gallons – $24.00 (minimum).\n6\,001 to 12\,000 gallons – $1.95 per thousand gallons.\n12\,001 to 22\,000 gallons – $1.75 per thousand gallons.\n22\,001 to 32\,000 gallons – $1.65 per thousand gallons.\nOver 32\,000 gallons – $1.55 per thousand gallons.\n\n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n_____________________________________ \nDeborah K.
