The purpose of the hearing is to allow public input on the formation of the Stormwater District entitled Regency Estates Storm District.  The district boundary is further described as follows: \n  \nALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND\, situated in the Town of Pendleton\, County of Niagara and State of New York\, being part of Lot 76\, Township 13\, Range 7 of the Holland Land Company’s survey\, bounded and described as follows: \n  \nBEGINNING at a point on the southeast line of Campbell Boulevard at its intersection with the north line of lands now or formerly conveyed to Sharon K.
