DESCRIPTION:  \nPH Notice – Battery Storage Moratorium 6.9.25\nPROPOSED Local Law No. ___ of 2025: Moratorium – Battery Energy Storage Facilities – Pendleton\n  \nTOWN OF PENDLETON \nNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \n  \nProposed Local Law Establishing a Six-Month Moratorium  \non Battery Energy Storage Facilities \n  \nLEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York\, and pursuant to Section 60-1 of the Town of Pendleton Town Code that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at Town Hall\, 6570 Campbell Blvd\, Lockport\, New York 14094\, at 6:50 p.m. on June 9\, 2025 to hear all interested parties and citizens regarding the adoption of a proposed local law entitled “Local Law Establishing a Six-Month Moratorium on Battery Energy Storage Facilities.”  Said hearing may be adjourned from time to time as necessary.   Further information\, including access to a copy of said proposed Local Law\, may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office\, 6570 Campbell Blvd\, Lockport\, New York 14094. \n  \nAt the time and place stated above\, all interested members of the public shall be heard.  Each person will be allotted a three-minute time limit. \n  \nDeborah K.
