NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, Town of Pendleton, at the Town Hall, 6570 Campbell Boulevard, Lockport, NY, 14094, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 24^th day of May 2022 for:

Owner wishes to construct a 50’ x 60’ (3,000SF) accessory structure on a future parcel not yet split from 4904 Mapleton Road.  The future split would allow for a 1,200 SF accessory structure per Town Code.  Also, an accessory structure is subordinate to the main residence and would not be allowed until a residence is constructed on the proposed parcel.

Variances Sought: 1,800 SF area variance

Size of Parcel: future legal lot < 7.0 acres
