Meeting Agendas and Minutes

1. All meetings will be open to the public per NYS Open Meeting Law unless the board goes into executive session for a permitted reason consistent with the OML. Oral public comment will not be accepted at meetings. 
2. Meeting agendas will be posted on the Town’s website prior to any meeting.
3. All requests/inquiries must be in writing in the form of either hard copy or email to any board member stating the applicable section of the Code of Ethics along with the specific details of the request.
4. Formal actions of the board will be upon a motion, second, discussion, and vote. A quorum is two members.  Any action requires two members (i.e., majority of full board) voting in favor.
5. Meeting minutes and written recommendations will be filed with the Town Clerk’s Office.
